PREMIUM MATERIAL ASSURANCE

1 Premium Material Assurance: We use Asahi Kasei materials from Japan, including PA46 or PA66, reinforced with imported German GF35/GF50 glass fiber materials. These premium materials help ensure reliable quality and extended service life for critical components.

2 Enhanced Toughness Through Conditioning: Plastic components undergo controlled moisture conditioning in a steam chamber to significantly improve toughness and dimensional stability. This process helps prevent brittleness and cracking during transportation and operation.

3 Full-Range Environmental Adaptability

Testing equipment includes:

Three-zone thermal shock chamber: –40°C to 150°C, capable of rapid temperature changes within 1–2 minutes.

Two alternating high- and low-temperature test chambers: -40°C to 100°C and -40°C to 150°C, designed for controlled gradual temperature cycling.

These tests verify resistance to extreme temperatures, wear, and deformation, as well as mechanical strength and impact resistance, ensuring stable performance under a wide range of operating conditions.

4 Precise Functional Identification:Guides are accurately classified according to their function:

Tensioner Guides / Movable Guides: Two or more mounting holes, designed to work with the tensioner.

Fixed Guides: One mounting hole, designed to guide and limit chain movement. This clear distinction supports accurate assembly and dependable system performance.

5 Precision Forming and Dimensional Control:Guides are formed using precision injection molds. After hot trimming, specialized positioning labels are applied to maintain shape stability. Coordinate measuring machines are used throughout the process to strictly control profile and dimensional accuracy, ensuring proper chain contact and preventing abnormal operating noise.

6 Batch-Level Quality Control:Each production batch undergoes high- and low-temperature testing, together with durability testing for the specified period. This ensures consistent material quality and stable performance for every component supplied.
