From individual components to completed assemblies, each tensioner is subjected to rigorous testing throughout the production process. Through dual verification of sealing performance and hydraulic pressure response, we help prevent abnormal noise, sticking, and pressure-loss failure, ensuring dependable quality and safe vehicle installation from the source.
TENSIONER CHECK VALVE SEALING TEST 100% INSPECTION
1.Test Parameters:
Test Pressure: 0.5 MPa
Test Medium: Air
Test Temperature: Room temperature
Acceptance Range: ≤100 kPa
2. Tensioner Assembly Sealing Test
100% Inspection
Test Description:
This test evaluates the reverse-flow prevention capability of the check valve after it is installed in the tensioner housing.
Sealing performance is assessed by measuring leakage between the check valve components and the housing assembly.
Test Parameters:
Test Pressure: 0.1 MPa
Test Medium: Air
Test Temperature: Room temperature
Acceptance Range: ≤120 ml/min
3. Static Hydraulic Pressure Test for Tensioners
Test Description:
A constant-speed load is applied to the tensioner, and its reaction force is measured. This test evaluates overall oil-discharge efficiency and verifies combined performance indicators including component clearance, air-tightness, and leakage control.
Typical Test Conditions:
Engine Oil: SAE 5W-30
Oil Temperature: 80°C ± 5°C
Loading Speed: 1–10 mm/s
Maximum Reaction Force: 2,000 N
