Engineered for stability, low noise,
high strength, and superior wear
resistance, our timing chains provide dependable power transmission for
engine timing systems.
TEST DESCRIPTION: CHAIN LENGTH AND BREAKING LOAD TESTING
1 Test Description: Chain Length and Breaking Load Testing
For each incoming batch, chain length is tested to ensure compliance before shipment. All chains are pre-stretched prior to final inspection, and the measured length represents the final dimension after the pre-stretching process.
2 Test Requirements
a. Tensile Load Standard: Different chain specifications require different test loads, ranging from 15 kN to 30 kN.
b. Elongation Standard: For domestic applications, chain elongation must not exceed 0.15%.
3 Core Performance Advantages
a. Chains are manufactured from high-performance alloy steel. Major materials include 50CrVA for chain plates, 38CrMoAl for pins, and 20CrMnMo for bushings.
b. Products are engineered and developed in strict accordance with original equipment manufacturer requirements for precise compatibility with a wide range of engine timing systems.
c. Advanced and proven heat-treatment processes effectively reduce chain elongation.
d. Fully automated production lines ensure precise assembly of every chain plate, helping minimize operating noise.
e.Outstanding fatigue resistance contributes to longer service life.
