Description

1.Purpose: Ensures VVT system achieves precise phase control, fast response, low leakage, and aging resistance under all engine conditions, guaranteeing power, fuel economy, and emissions compliance.
2.Test Items:Phase Range: Camshaft phase adjustment range (e.g., intake 20°–60°)
Response Speed: Time to reach target phase (e.g., ≤1.5 s)
Steady‑State Accuracy: Deviation between actual and target phase (e.g., ≤±2°)
Leakage Rate: Oil leakage limit (e.g., ≤50 ml/min)
3.Durability: Performance degradation after high‑low temperature/cycling (e.g., ≤±3° after 100k cycles)
Test Conditions:
Oil: 5W‑30, 80±5 °C
Oil pressure: 100 kPa – 980 kPa
Speed: 500 – 6000 rpm
Acceptance: All items must pass the thresholds specified in the design standards (phase/response/leakage/durability).
